a.schwartz@glenequities.comAlan G. Schwartz is the President and founder of Glen Equities Ltd. Mr. Schwartz has successfully developed and run the company's leasing, sales, development, and owner-management operations for the past twenty-five years.
Mr. Schwartz developed a 178,000 square foot ground-up shopping center in Connecticut as owner manager of the property, and was presented with the Silver Hammer award for his role in revitalizing the community. Mr. Schwartz has redeveloped numerous office buildings in the New York metropolitan area and successfully completed a 55-acre lake front subdivision in the New York Watershed.
Mr. Schwartz advises clients on the sales of property of all types, including office, residential, commercial buildings, air rights, ground leases, shopping centers, partnership interests, and conversion opportunities.
Mr. Schwartz has completed numerous leases with major corporations in excess of several billion dollars. A partial list of companies he has served includes:

Mr. Schwartz was formerly a Vice president of Sylvan Lawrence Company. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU. Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Young Men's and Women's Real Estate Association, has served on the Ansonia Development Counsel, the Board of Governors of Metropolis Country Club and on the Town Club of Scarsdale Village.
